Middle and High School Students

Okaloosa-Walton College and Pensacola Junior College

Okaloosa-Walton College Dual Enrollment studies are on board for our students in the Okaloosa County region. We are striving for the best and equipping our students for every opportunity that's available. If you are interested in dual enrollment, please contact Kim Scott, Administrator at kim@freedomacademyoflearning.org.

Pensacola Junior College Dual Enrollment studies are contracted with us as well. Parents and Students who are interested in Dual Enrollment will need to contact PJC and start the process of paperwork, testing and registering. This process is easy and can be accomplished in a timely manner.

Some paperwork will need to be signed by the administration from Freedom Academy for both Okaloosa-Walton College and Pensacola Junior College. Parents may fax this paperwork to us, but call us ahead of time so we will be able to set up the fax line.

Florida Virtual School

Florida Virtual School is available to all of our middle and high school students. Florida Virtual School offers regular/traditional/on pace (on grade level), Honors and AP (Advance Placement) courses on-line.

The courses offered by FLVS begin on grade level with a large volume of reading in the first semester. The second semester will intensify. These courses are over and beyond what most private schools teach and boarderlines college level difficulty. Recommendations for these courses are to start out with an enjoyable elective to see if the student can handle the online level of difficulty and take just one class the first time you start with FLVS.

If you are interested in enrolling with Florida Virtual School, please contact Kim Scott, Administrator at kim@freedomacademyoflearning.org.
